A selection of canapés of the following:

Philo Breaded Tiger Shrimp, Mini South African Samosas, Chicken Saute Sticks, Asian Spring rolls,  Salmon & Asparagus Rolls, Fresh Melon and Parma Ham, BBQ St Louis Ribs, Tiger Shrimp and Dip, Asiago breaded Ravioli, Indian Pakoras, Sausage Rolls, Curette and assorted Dips.

Salad station served in dishes separate to the main hot station.

House mixed Greens and Homemade Sweet Balsamic Dressing, Classic Caesar Salad topped with bacon, House Slaw, Austrian Red Cabbage, House Macaroni Salad, Italian Feta Pasta Salad, Country potato salad, Asian Noodle Salad, Greek Island Salad, Tanzanian Bulgur Wheat Salad, Fresh Bread.

Entrees Selection

Whisky Flamed Tipsy Chicken, Slow Roast Beef Yorkshire Pudding Gravy, Prime Rib of Beef, St Louis Ribs, Maple Glazed Atlantic Salmon, Classic Macaroni Cheese, Butter Chicken and Pilouf Rice, Italian Chicken Parmesan and Tomato Blush Penne. All dishes come with fresh medley of vegetables and either creamed potatoes or roast served with warming dishes

Michaels on Main Catering Service

We provide all food and service staff required for the service of the meal. Michaels on Main can provide the entire set up for the event. Typically we provide serving dishes i.e. chafing dishes and staff for serving and clean up.

We specialize in off sight venues including cottages, barns, and any other large venue that are willing to allow caters in.

Price Example:

Canapés Selection of Four Items $16 per person minimum 50 people.

Entree $35.00 per person minimum 50 people

Full Dessert Bar $15 per person or One Item e.g. Sticky Toffee Pudding $9 per person

 

All prices are subject to HST. A $500 non refundable deposit is required upon booking and balance is due one week prior to the event. Michael may need an onsight inspection of the location to assess catering requirements. Michael's On Main has catered many weddings in the area and look forward to working with new brides.

Basil and Citrus infused Fresh Melon topped with Italian shaved ham and parmesan cheese.

with sweet Italian dressing with fresh basil reduction.
